Baked
beans like my Grandma used to make.
Ingredients:

3 15oz cans |
Baked beans with pork |

¾ cup |
Packed Brown Sugar |
|
1 |
Yellow Onion, chopped |
|
3/4 cup |
Ketchup |
|
1 ½ Tbs |
Yellow Mustard |
|
1 ½ tsp |
Worcestershire sauce |
|
1 ½ tsp |
Red Wine vinegar |
|

Slices Bacon |
|
|
Salt and Pepper to taste |
Directions:
1.
Preheat over to 350 degrees F

In skillet, cook half the bacon. Crumble the bacon
and put it to the side. Leave the oil.
3.
Sauté the onion till it is clear, add half
the brown sugar and cook till it is caramelized.
4.
In a 9x16 inch baking dish, combine the pork and
beans, brown sugar, sautéed onion, ketchup, mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, crumbled bacon
and vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with uncooked bacon.
5.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until sauce
is thickened and bacon is cooked.
