So by this point Sean had had a few and decided to try and reach up and touch the shuttle. This resulted in a fall and a banged ankle/shin. So obviously more booze would help (no prob, I was driving).
It was a fun night….wish my friend Jen could have made it…but she was laid up at the house.
One fice thing about these shin digs is seeing people I don’t get to see often. And some of these folks can clean up well!
Gotta love it…3 live bands, one DJ nightclub and a comedy/kareoke club.
And check it out….the serving trays had little video screens with streaming content from AOL.
And the dance club, Club X, had these green glowing ice cubes in the drinks…tons of fun.
There were different food theme areas. American, Sushi, Latin (with Salsa dancing lessons), Oriental (check out the drummer), Indian and deserts by the space shuttle.
One of the servers had her dress shaped into a table and serving deserts from it.
Another year has passed and its time to party on with my professional peers.
Gotta love this Online company I work for here in America. This year, like last, they rented out the Air & Space Museum for the party. This year I actually got here a little early and had to wait in line.
